Dear Brethren,

            Can you believe that it is June already! I can remember like it was yesterday that we were all complaining about how cold it was. I am sure it will only be a matter of weeks before we are complaining about how warm it is. I guess it wouldn’t be New England if we didn’t.

            So here we are on the brink of summer, and the lodge is about to go into darkness until September, but that doesn’t mean that we will not have plenty of things to do. As always we have our Past Master’s meeting for June followed by the steak fry. Reservations are a must if you plan on having a Steak. If you don’t make a reservation, we can not guaranty that there will be one for you, so make sure to get your reservation in to Brother Mike Dixon at 401-480-6382 by May 29^th. Also, remember that this is an early meeting, starting at 5:00PM.

            On Saturday, June 13^th we will be having our Ladies Luncheon at Chelo’s on Rt. 1 Warwick. The cost for this event will be $20.00 for the men, and the ladies are the guests of the Lodge. I would like to thank Wor. Cuz Harrop, Mike Dixon, and Ed Diggle for their work with this event. To make reservations please call Ed Diggle at 401-738-0764       no later then June 6^th.

            At the end of June we will be having an Entered Apprentice Degree on June 25^th. This will begin at 7:30PM, and I encourage you all to come out to see our second class begin on their journey into Freemasonry. Also at the end of June we will be having our Spring Fling on Saturday June 27^th. Our dances are always a great time so make sure you get your tickets and come out and cut a rug.

            In July we have our Annual Family Picnic on Sunday the 19^th, which Jason Gail our sentinel will be running this year. Make sure to call in your reservations to Brother Gail at 401-206-1283. This is a great time for our family’s with games for the kids, food, fun, and hopefully a softball game and Volleyball!

             Speaking of Softball, the Freemason league is being resurrected this summer. There will be sign-up sheets at the meeting in June, so if you would like to play for Harmony make sure you make the meeting and sign up!!!!

Finally, don’t forget our Annual Charity Golf Tournament on July 26^th at Crystal Lake Country Club. This year the Big Brothers of Rhode Island will be the Charity. Please make sure your reservation and payment are into James Rapson no later then July 20^th. This is REQUIRED or you will not be able to participate!!!!!
